Refund & Chargeback Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

All Sales Are Final!

Brand Within You Global, Inc. provides professional consulting and advisory services that involve allocating time, expertise, and strategic resources. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final.

Once a client has:

  • Signed a service agreement or contract, and

  • If the service has commenced in any form (including but not limited to strategy calls, reviews, assessments, planning, or preparatory work), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

No Refunds After Service Commencement

For clarity, “service commencement” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy or advisory calls (live or virtual)

  • Review of documents, brands, or business structures

  • Delivery of assessments, reports, roadmaps, or recommendations

  • Email or written strategic guidance

  • Any preparatory or background work performed on the client’s behalf

 

Once any of the above has occurred, the engagement is considered active, and the fee is fully earned.

Contractual Commitment

By purchasing services and signing a contract with Brand Within You Global, Inc., the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The services are customized and strategic in nature

  • The value of the services is delivered through professional expertise and time allocation

  • The client waives the right to request a refund once services begin

This policy applies to all service packages, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy intensives

  • Advisory engagements

  • Retainers

  • Assessments

  • Long-term consulting arrangements

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institution for services rendered by Brand Within You Global, Inc.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated after:

  • A contract has been signed, and

  • Services have begun,

will be considered a breach of contract.

In the event of a chargeback, Brand Within You Global, Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Provide the signed agreement, service records, and proof of delivery to the payment processor or financial institution

  • Suspend or terminate services immediately

  • Pursue recovery of funds, including administrative fees, chargeback fees, and collection costs, where permitted by law.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation or responsiveness by the client

  • Dissatisfaction with strategic recommendations (strategy outcomes are not guaranteed)

  • Financial hardship or business changes

Any exceptions, if granted, are solely at the discretion of Brand Within You Global, Inc. and must be documented in writing.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing services, submitting payment, and/or signing a contract with Brand Within You Global, Inc., the client confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood this Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Agreed to its terms in full

  • Acknowledged that all services are non-refundable once commenced
